Seeking Donations
Message from St. Anthony's below about families in need.
Monti played with us last winter and is a call-up. He is a very nice kid and fantastic player. On behalf of our team I am donating $100 to Monti's family, to be given this Thursday night or Saturday at the Icebreaker. If you wish to join, please let me know.
"As you have probably heard by now, two families (4 players)
of St. Anthony suffered a tragedy. Ahmed (U10) and Montthy's (U12) home burnt
down last week. As well, one of our families of the Rochester
Community Program (Elhage and Fatima Bah) recently had a fire in their
kitchen and are staying in a hotel until the renovations in the house
are complete.
Thankfully no one was hurt but Ahmed and Montthy's family lost everything they owned and the other family lost all kitchen items as well, many of their other belongings have a smoke smell.
I am reaching out to ask for donations to help them through this tough time in their life.
