Sunday's Perfect Run

This was Francois' and Gustavo's great 8.5Km run today, with the coach. Both are superb runners. When their feet strike the ground they make very little noise, and both enjoy running hard.


Each Km was progressively done faster, as it should. This was a perfect run. The boys were flying at the end.
