The finals of the World Club Championship were played today in Japan, with Corinthians defeating mighty Chelsea, the EuroCup Champion, 1x0. 

Corinthians, the team of the poor in Sao Paulo, defeats a team with a payroll orders of magnitude higher! It's a victory of the love of soccer versus rich European teams.
